Workout tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch
Show up on the days you don't feel like it.
Pick how many days a week you want. Miss one and a grace day covers it. Start from your plan, or hit Quick workout when you have none. The Watch can start Quick, or join the timer once a session is going. Finish the session. That is the whole point.
One email when it is your turn. I'm letting people in a few at a time while it is still rough around the edges.

Frequently asked questions
Questions I keep getting
Showup is a fitness app for iPhone and Apple Watch. You plan workouts, start a session, and log sets on the phone, and you can connect Apple Health. This website is marketing and the waitlist. Workouts happen in the app.
No. The site is marketing and the waitlist. Plans, sets, and Watch pairing live on your phone.
This site is the splash, the waitlist, and this FAQ. There is no Sign in, and no other pages in the nav. The waitlist is an email list for invites, not an app account.
Join the waitlist. When a cohort is ready, you get a TestFlight invite from App Store Connect. Install Showup 0.1.0 (22). You can sign in, or skip it and finish one workout first. The waitlist is not an app account.
No. You can skip it once during onboarding and connect later in Settings. It is recommended so workouts and activity stay honest with Apple Health.
No. The phone keeps your plans, your sets, and sign-in. The Watch app installs from the same iPhone TestFlight build. You can start Quick from the Watch, or join a session already running on the phone and follow the timer. Sets stay on the phone.
Who's building this
I'm Brad. I built this because I kept quitting, and I wanted something that gets me back in the gym on a Tuesday when I don't feel like it. If that sounds like you, put your email in and I'll send an invite when it's your turn.
